Name, email, mobile number (optional), company name.
Razorpay handles payment. We receive the payment ID, status, amount and date. We do not receive your card or UPI details.
Licence key, registered email, a computer identifier (a code made from computer details, not readable), product, edition, version, activation and check dates, failed attempts.
Your emails and any screenshots you send.

We do not collect your accounting data. The Software posts entries only to the TallyPrime on your own computer.
How we use it

Only for the reasons above, to keep legal and tax records, and to improve the Software. We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask for them.
Who we share it with

• Razorpay, to process payments.
• Google, which hosts our records and sends our emails. Google may store data on servers outside India.
• Our accountant, for invoicing and tax filing.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
How long we keep it
We keep order and licence records for the licence term and afterwards for as long as accounting, tax and legal rules require 7 YEARS. Support emails are kept for 2 years
Your rights
Your rights
You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, withdraw your consent, or ask us to delete it. We may have to keep some records because of the law, and withdrawing consent may stop your licence. Write to the Grievance Officer below. If you are not satisfied you can approach the authority provided by law.

Licence replies from our server are digitally signed, and access to our records is limited to us and trusted staff. No system is completely secure.

The Software is for businesses and is not meant for anyone under 18.

We will publish any change on this page with a new version number and date.
